Abstract
The paper considers the issues of the “human factor” in the “man-machine-environment” system and ensuring safe working conditions. The analysis of statistical data as for the distribution of accidents at work according to different causes is carried out. On the basis of the analysis, it was established that among the causes of accidents the second place is occupied by psycho-physiological reasons, which indicates the need to take into account and evaluate the functional state of the human operator. The most widespread and well-known definitions of the term “functional state” are given. The questions of the functional state and professional selection, the process of human-operator activity, factors influencing the formation of the functional state in the process of labor activity are considered. The analysis of modern diagnostic methods of human functional state is carried and the use of methods for studying the functional state of human-operator, which are based on the registration of parameters of biological active-skin points, namely, the integral method, are proposed. Proposed measures to organize of labour safety taking into account the human factor.
