The draft regulations “Purpose of operating when machining allowances”

Abstract

The aim is to reduce material consumption and energy consumption in the blanks lezovoy
processing external surfaces of bodies of revolution by developing normative document
“Assignment of operating allowances during machining”.
Technology manufacturing parts of complex shape is based on the cutting that provides high
accuracy and quality of surface finish. The improvement of this technology goes toward obtaining
economic, precise pieces and reduce the proportion of machining metals. The relevance of this is
most evident today, when the demand for raw materials, fuel, energy can not be completely satisfy.
During the practical implementation of scientific research obtained by the author, was
proposed draft standard enterprise “Assignment of operating allowances during machining”. The
proposed likely analytical method for calculating operational allowances takes into account the
components changing factors in leveling the playing field with existing methods allows to obtain
specified in operating allowances. Minimizing energy costs for machining is achieved by means of
dynamic programming applied to specific transactions and in general to the manufacturing process
by evaluating their optimal parameters for compromise accuracy of power consumption and cost.
