Abstract

The article deals with the formation of fixed joints using induction heating.  As is known, the method of assembling such compounds with preheating reduces labor input
and increases the bond strength by 2-2.5 times, which is important, especially for critical connections.
Given the difficult situation with energy resources, the article gives recommendations on the
use of induction heating technologies in relation to the interference and outer diameter of the female
part, and a nomogram is constructed that takes into account the temperature and contact pressure.
A technique for information support of induction heating technology for assembly parts has
been developed, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the temperature of the female part
and the contact pressure in the joint.
