Abstract
Modern requirements for the organization of the transportation process and their quality in road transport dictate the need for the use of new organizational and technological solutions in the planning of transportation with the use of program-target and logistics principles. The existing organization of the operational planning system does not always correspond to the real needs of road freight transport operators. The main disadvantage today is that the methodological base is segmented and describes the individual stages of the process of planning transport. Despite the fact that in recent years there has been an active development and implementation of programs of automated document management and planning of work of motor transport enterprises, currently there is no technique that provides integrated planning and solving problems of long-distance freight transport. The aim was to adapt the existing methodological support for the definition of technical and operational indicators to the operational planning of cars on long-distance routes.
