Abstract

At the present stage of industrial development, the growth of technical weapons in the
machine and instrument making industry is of great importance because these industries are called
upon to fully meet the needs of the Ukrainian industry in highly efficient machines and equipment,
automation and mechanization in control systems. In these industries, the problem of saving living
labor and dismissing workers from performing heavy and monotonous manual operations is
especially acute in assembly plants, at this time they have the greatest potential reserves for
reducing manual labor, reducing labor intensity and cost of products, increasing labor productivity,
A significant increase in the efficiency of production and quality of products.
Analysis of the development of machine-building production shows that there was a
significant disproportion in the improvement of various technological processes of production of
products, which is a serious obstacle to the implementation of integrated automation of production
processes and improving the quality of manufactured products.
High efficiency of assembly production can be obtained due to the wide introduction of
advanced technology, highly efficient means of mechanization and automation of the compilation
and scientific organization of labor.
