Designing of machining equipment

Abstract

In the article the author proposes to create machining equipment taking into account some laws
of mechanics, excluding disturbing factors, due to which it is possible to obtain more efficient
processing of the part, increase productivity, and provide a high level of reliability of mechanical
equipment systems operation. The main directions for the modernization of the outdated domestic
machine tool park or the creation of a completely new machine are reduced to increasing productivity,
obtaining high precision of the parts manufactured, machine readjustment, reliability of work. Analysis
of modern machining equipment has shown that it is very difficult to achieve all these important criteria
in one working unit and with the further preservation of their high initial parameters.
