Abstract
The purpose of the work is to determine the technological regimes for the recovery of rollingcontact
type parts by the method of gas-plasma application of powder materials with simultaneous reflow.
The main factors that determine the dynamic and vibration loads in the printing press are the
imbalance of the offset and plate cylinders, the vibration of the gears, the spatial deviations of the
landing holes. Therefore, the accuracy of manufacturing printed sections is an urgent task. However,
their manufacture and repair with existing technologies is a very labor-intensive and complex process,
requiring a great deal of labor and money. The paper deals with the technology of restoring parts like a
printing roll, a printing cylinder, and rolling bearing in a printed section. As a result of experimental
studies, it was found that the method of gas-plasma application of powder materials with simultaneous
reflowing is advisable. it allows to obtain, hard, wear-resistant surface layers of different materials.
