Abstract

The article discusses the issues of induction heating control during assembly and disassembly of press joints. . Schemes for induction technological heating of parts for assembling and disassembling compounds are systematized, and a new heating scheme is proposed that provides uniform temperature distribution along the radius of the axisymmetric part when it is heated for assembly.
The principles of constructing flexible control systems by induction heaters based on the pulse- frequency method and pulse-width converters with reactive power compensation and optimization of operating modes are proposed; directions of development of controlled processes of the pulse-frequency method and pulse-width technological induction heating of products with compensated reactive power are determined.
Design and technological typification of induction heaters was carried out according to the fields of application - assembly, disassembly or assembly and disassembly, part designs, as well as the current control was proposed for use, it allows heating with a high power factor (cos ф up to 0.6 - 0.7 ), which reduces the consumption of electrical energy.
The analysis shows that the problem of controlling the power factor of an induction installation is closely related to its other characteristic indicators, in particular, the area and range of application of induction heating with its controllability. If we consider that the area of low-temperature heating is heating to 600 ° C, i.e. when the Curie point for ferromagnets is not passed, and the range above the Curie point is attributed to the region of high-temperature heating, then it turns out that in this range the demand for heating control increases, if only because it is necessary to obtain controlled sources of increased frequency.
