Abstract
An analysis of literature sources on the study of the slippage of cable-pulley in contact pairs is carried out. Due to the fact that one of the reasons for decreasing the durability of the rope is tension, and as a consequence, the resulting slippage on the leading and driven pulleys, this topic is urgent and necessary. First, the main causes of intensive wear and damage to ropes were considered. The following types of slip are considered, using the example of the rope creep model in accordance with Hymans/Hellborn, for contact pairs the rope-leading pulley and the rope-driven pulley. Also, the prerequisites and reasons for the occurrence of slippage are disassembled, as well as the phenomenon of visible slip and clamping of the rope in pulleys. A diagram of various types of slip is constructed for a cable pulley with a wedge-shaped groove, according to Molkow. In conclusion, the traction and traction factors of Euler and their effect on the lack of slip are considered.
