Abstract
The results of research of temperature errors many-circular basic machines. These dependences
for calculation errors shaft diameters in the processing of their on many-circular grinding machines HS
model, as a result of thermal deformation of the base units. On the basis of the dependencies you can define the optimal value mood dimensions diameters of necks in the lunettes and processed without
them. It was found that the rate of movement of the tailstock 0,8 mkm/h center, the center of the
headstock – 2 mkm/h, the left spindle bearings – 8 mkm/h, the right support – 14 mkm/h. Laws of
formation of error forms were studied using mathematical models that reflect the basic properties of real
processes and establishing the connection between the input and output actions. It is possible to solve
