Abstract

The results of the study UМRDW operation for the production of large-size metal-welded
products. It was found that the base plates are the most stressed parts of reversible devices for
assembly and welding. Analysis circuits layouts UМRDW possible to establish specific schemes
force interaction in them, and the calculated basic circuit boards and load-supporting body parts.
The rational parameters and dimensions of the base plate.
Calculated amount of force necessary for elastic deformation of workpieces before welding
weldments, which is within Pupr=0,5÷35,0 kN load are calculated for this pressure elements
UМRDW. Greatest value calculated horizontal passive and active vertical forces arising in layouts.
It is established that the criteria underlying health boards are: general and local strength, rigidity and
stability of the geometrical sizes UМRDW for a long service life, deformation tooling base surfaces
must conform 7th flatness degree of accuracy, depending on their length.
