Abstract

The technological preparation of a tool for processing composite non-metallic materials is of no small importance in the organization of tooling in enterprises. In addition to structural and parametric optimization in the design of a new tool, the selection and preparation for the work of the tool, it includes measures for the manufacture (shaping) of the cutting tool. This problem is especially topical in the manufacture of tools equipped with high-strength and hard-to-process tools, and has increased accuracy, reliability, resource and, consequently, high efficiency. The cutting tool should be oriented to obtaining products with high quality and precision parameters. The processing with such a tool should lead to increased productivity and a reduction in the cost of processing products from composite non-metallic materials. So, the improvement of measures for the technological preparation of tooling at the enterprises becomes relevant in the conditions of modern production. The necessary quality of the surface treatment of products, the minimum force and cutting power are achieved by stress concentration in the local area of the processed material adjacent to a fairly sharp blade.
