Abstract
It has been established that the existing intergovernmental, national, sectoral regulations regulate
the procedure, the rules for calculating assembly dimension chains, provided that the assembly is carried
out under normal conditions, without taking into account the effect of temperature. The aim is to ensure
the improvement of the regulatory assembly process multi-element compound-heat conditions.
Theoretical study of the processes taking place under the influence of temperature in the contact area
of the mating surfaces of the parts when fastening multi-element compounds. As a result, the influence of the
radial forces and compression forces on the geometric parameters of parts such as “shaft-hub” when
connecting their heating value has been determined the temperature gap between the elements formed
axially compound. It is proposed in the calculation of assembly dimension chains use a mathematical model
for determining the nominal value of the closing level, taking into account the temperature gaps.
The resulting mathematical model formed the basis for the creation of regulatory support in
the determination of the nominal value of the closing level, taking into account a variety of
materials joining parts, temperature and geometric parameters of the mating surfaces.
