Abstract

The results of analytical studies of accuracy parameters of extraction operations by
pneumoshock stamping of sheet parts liquid using a mathematical experiment planning theory. For
analytical study of the accuracy of the drawing process were chosen following parameters stamped
parts: the value of the geometric dimensions and shape deviations stamped parts, taking into
account the dominant factors affecting the value of these parameters. The classification of factors
influencing the accuracy of the parameters parts in forming.
The final selection of the factors was carried out experimentally. When planning the
experiment all factors vary in each experiment simultaneously. Mathematical model of a
polynomial allows to quantify the impact of each factor on the response function.
The values of coefficients for the theoretical determination of the deviations of the inner loop
forging details. The method of calculating the size of the executive die equipments, providing the
required accuracy stamped parts.
